One thing I’m not? An expert! That’s why I’m always trying to learn from those people who are the bright minds in their fields. Today’s topic? Sore knees!

After a 5:30am hike with my dad, I wound up with aching knees all day. We didn’t have a huge elevation gain, but scrambling up and down rocks and a long walk down from our view point was enough! Guess all those hikes in CA are really catching up with me.
